Meet the Team

  • Dina Horvath, Esq.

    ATTORNEY & FOUNDER

    Dina is the Founder and lead investigator at Maxe Law. Before founding the firm, Dina served as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Hartford and practiced at Jackson Lewis LLP, where she advised employers on a wide range of employment law issues. She went on to lead a regional investigations team at Amazon Logistics, managing 13 investigators across the U.S. East Region and overseeing complex employee relations matters. Dina holds a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut. She holds multiple credentials in employment investigations, including certification from AWI and MCAD. Additionally, Dina was featured in the Top 50 Attorneys of 2019 Magazine.​

  • Danika Colucci, SHRM-CP

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    As Operations Manager at Maxe Law, Danika leads the firm’s day-to-day operations, project management, and strategic initiatives that drive growth and efficiency. In addition to her operational leadership, she supports the firm’s workplace investigations and employee relations consulting work, drawing on her background in Human Resources. Danika is a certified professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and brings practical, client-focused insight to both internal operations and external consulting engagements. She holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Florida State University.

  • Ginette Chapman, Esq.

    EDITOR & INVESTIGATIVE CONSULTANT

    Ginette Chapman is the founder of Skyline Legal and Policy Solutions, where she brings over 15 years of legal experience to her work in legal analysis, writing, and strategy. A licensed attorney in Colorado since 2006, she supports Maxe Law with report writing and case-related analysis. Ginette’s background includes roles as a Colorado Supreme Court clerk, senior staff attorney in the state judiciary, and in-house counsel. She holds a J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona, along with advanced degrees from M.I.T. and Middlebury College.

  • Kelly Cozy

    EDITOR

    Kelly Cozy is a professional writer and editor with more than three decades of experience. At Maxe Law, she assists with report editing for workplace investigations and Title IX matters. In addition to her work with Maxe Law, she has worked primarily in the legal services and healthcare industries. Her past roles included serving as a senior internet editor for Kaiser Permanente, creating health education content. She holds bachelor’s degrees in journalism and English from University of Missouri at Columbia, and she has contributed articles on report writing to the AWI (Association of Workplace Investigators) Journal.
